Fuel is a raw, coming-of-age drama about a young man's fight to outrun the life he was born into. Emilio (Michael Esparza) has spent his childhood working his tyrannical stepfather's (C. Thomas Howell) remote gas station, breathing in gasoline fumes day after day. When he discovers a real talent for running, a college track scholarship suddenly looks like his one shot to escape - and to take his childhood sweetheart Sandy (Briana Feehan) with him. But years of exposure to those fumes have left him with a violent streak simmering just beneath the surface, one that threatens to derail everything he's worked for before he ever reaches the finish line. The film also stars Brian Kubach and Anne Marie Howard.
