Following the restrictions, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed on X that Starlink and Starshield operations returned to their previous speeds. Zelenskyy noted that the restored speeds are crucial for frontline logistics and defense operations, and he expressed gratitude to U.S. officials and lawmakers who helped resolve the dispute.
