Hampshire Police have launched a manhunt for attackers following a stabbing incident that left five teenage boys seriously injured at a Halloween party in Chandler's Ford. The violence unfolded shortly after 22:30 GMT on Saturday when an unknown group forced entry into a residential property on Park Road.
Authorities have established police cordons along Park Road and Valley Road as investigators gather evidence, speak with local residents, and canvas nearby streets for doorbell camera and mobile phone footage. Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Elizabeth Pirie urged anyone who attended the gathering or holds relevant video recordings to contact law enforcement.
Local leaders and community organizations are rallying around those affected. Eastleigh MP Liz Jarvis expressed shock over the incident and urged the public to avoid sharing online misinformation. Additionally, local churches, including St Boniface and St Martin in the Wood, have opened their doors to provide spaces for reflection and community support throughout the week.
