Epstein Associates Accused of Facilitating and Concealing Crimes

New Mexico's Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein's attorney, Darren Indyke, and accountant, Richard Kahn, alleging they facilitated and concealed Epstein's crimes. The lawsuit, filed in the US district court for the district of New Mexico, names both men as defendants in their individual capacity and as co-executors of Epstein's estate.

The complaint accuses Indyke and Kahn of receiving generous salaries in exchange for furthering Epstein's criminal project. The lawsuit seeks to prevent them from being paid by Epstein's estate while the litigation is ongoing. The Epstein estate and the 1953 Trust, which holds the estate's assets, are also named as defendants.

The lawsuit is the latest development in the ongoing investigation into Epstein's crimes, which have been the subject of widespread scrutiny and outrage. The allegations against Indyke and Kahn are serious and suggest a deep involvement in Epstein's illicit activities.
