Everton manager Sean Dyche left Jack Grealish out of his matchday squad for Thursday's Carabao Cup clash against Newcastle United after citing a breach of club discipline.
The disciplinary action kept the midfielder sidelined for the knockout fixture, though further details regarding the nature of the breach were not immediately disclosed by the club.
