After just a few days since its release, Apple’s new foldable iPhone Duo has been reported to suffer from screen cracking issues, according to a recent article in the Saudi Arabian business magazine Rwaad Al-A'mal (Entrepreneurs Magazine).
The article notes that early discounts were offered on the device in China, even as users reported problems with the screen and Arabic software. Apple has responded to the reports of internal screen fractures and has requested increased supply of the phone to meet strong demand.
In addition, a teardown of the iPhone Duo revealed potential causes for the screen problems, suggesting that the internal display may be more fragile than initially expected.
Apple’s swift response and the ongoing supply request indicate that the company is working to address the issue while continuing to promote the foldable model.
