Thomson Reserve Debuts at Upper Thomson With Prices Starting From $2,608 psf
UOL Group and CapitaLand Development are set to preview Thomson Reserve, marking the first mega condominium launch in the Upper Thomson area in eight years. Located along Bright Hill Drive in District 20, the 99-year leasehold project sits on the former Thomson View site, which the developers acquired for S$810 million in a collective sale.
The 1,268-unit development features a mix of two- to five-bedroom layouts spread across four 21-storey towers and two 30-storey towers. Public preview opens on Saturday, October 17, ahead of its official launch scheduled for October 31. Entry pricing begins at S$2,608 per square foot (psf), with two-bedroom units starting from S$1.5 million for a 592 sq ft layout. Three-bedroom units start from S$2.5 million, and four-bedroom homes begin from approximately S$3.4 million.
Occupying a five-hectare site where residential blocks take up 12 per cent of the land, Thomson Reserve devotes the remaining 88 per cent to landscaping and recreational facilities. The project offers over 80 amenities, including eight pools, a golf simulator, and a pilates studio. Connectivity highlights include a sheltered walkway linked directly to the Upper Thomson MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, proximity to Thomson Plaza and Ai Tong School, and an expected Temporary Occupation Permit completion date in the second half of 2030.
