British police have decided against taking further action regarding a social media post concerning Palestine Action made by the wife of the government's national security adviser.
Palestine Action was designated as a terrorist organization in July 2025, making public support for the group a criminal offense carrying potential prison sentences of up to 14 years. Following complaints and initial reviews, specialist officers with the Metropolitan Police assessed Helm's post.
On Saturday, the Metropolitan Police confirmed that the online post "did not meet the criminal threshold," concluding that no further police action would be taken in the matter.
