Manchester United Captain Dropped from Starting Lineup Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has been left out of the starting lineup for the team's match against Bournemouth on Sunday. The decision comes after Fernandes publicly criticized manager Michael Carrick in a recent interview. Fernandes' comments were seen as a rare public rebuke of the team's management, and it appears to have had consequences. The exact nature of the criticism is not specified, but it is clear that Fernandes' words have not gone unnoticed by the coaching staff. The move is a significant one for both Fernandes and Carrick, as it marks a rare instance of a team captain being dropped from the starting lineup due to disciplinary reasons. The outcome of the match against Bournemouth will be closely watched, as it may have implications for the future of both Fernandes and Carrick at the club.
