Reality television stars Todd and Julie Chrisley are facing fresh financial complications, as a newly filed federal tax lien indicates they owe more than $1.5 million in unpaid federal taxes. According to reports, the filing in Tennessee includes an assessment of $142,410.72 specifically for the tax period ending in December.
The latest legal development arrives following a presidential pardon. The couple previously reported to federal prison facilities located in Florida in January 2023, before ultimately receiving pardons from Trump in 2025.
The underlying criminal case involved allegations from prosecutors that the couple secured loans by utilizing fraudulent financial information. Additionally, authorities stated that the pair failed to properly report income earned from their reality television program, Chrisley Knows Best.
